If you have problem with an item which you have received again you need to let us know within 2-weeks by email so we can create an RGA and return it within 2-weeks so we can replace it no refund will be given. Please beware that prices may change at any time prior to your purchase. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping returns
