Refunds

please make sure what you order is what you need since there is a 30% restocking fee on all returns or cancellations and it must be within 30-Days and you need to request an RGA by email (Return of Goods Authorization) within 2-weeks from receiving the order and you need to ship the item back within one week from the date of RGA. (no return will be accepted after 2-weeks) Please allow 2-3 Weeks for the funds to show. If you have problem with an item which you have received again you need to let us know within 2-weeks by email so we can create an RGA and return it within 2-weeks so we can replace it no refund will be given. Please beware that prices may change at any time prior to your purchase. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {[email protected]}.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Speed electrical, 2 Sabatini, Aliso Viejo, Ca 92656, United States}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
